Terms of Service

Effective 2026-05-26. Diet MSP is a service of ADAMO LLC.

Who's responsible

Diet MSP is operated by ADAMO LLC. When this document says "we," "us," or "Diet MSP," it means ADAMO LLC operating the Diet MSP service.

What you get

A managed-service-provider service for small offices: a customer-edge appliance, business phone system, cellular failover, 24/7 monitoring, and human support. Specifics are described on dietmsp.com and in any quote we send you.

What it costs

$50 per seat per month, billed in advance. Includes the box, the SIM, the monitoring, the patching, and business-hours human support. No long-term contract beyond a 30-day notice period.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We'll mail you a return label for the customer-edge appliance; once we receive it back, your account is fully closed.

Acceptable use

The service is for legitimate business purposes. Don't use it to send spam, host illegal content, or attack other networks. We will disable accounts that do.

SLA and limitations

We watch your equipment 24/7 and respond to alerts during business hours. Outside business hours, critical outages (full loss of service) get a callback within two hours; everything else waits for the next business day unless you've purchased a custom SLA.

We don't guarantee uptime of your wireline ISP, your customer-premises hardware that we didn't supply, or third-party services not under our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
